Our client is a dynamic, fast-paced personal injury law firm based in Buffalo, NY, known for their relentless dedication to achieving the best outcomes for their clients. Built on hard work and a 100% commitment to client success, they are ready to take the next step in their growth by bringing on an experienced, results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO). This role will help them elevate the firm while maintaining their core values of client-focused excellence. The Opportunity As COO, you will collaborate with the firm's owner and leadership team to manage all non-legal operations, with a focus on optimizing internal processes, improving client experiences, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations that align with our mission.

You will also lead the development of our marketing strategy and foster a culture that upholds our family-oriented values. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee non-legal operations, including administration, human resources, and vendor management, while maintaining a client-first culture. Partner with leadership to implement strategic plans, prioritizing operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Streamline processes, optimize systems, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational improvements.

Foster a positive, collaborative workplace that promotes employee engagement, satisfaction, and a results-driven mindset. Contribute to strategic growth while staying focused on delivering justice for injured victims. Oversee marketing, business development, IT, and HR functions by contributing to strategic planning, monitoring performance metrics, and evaluating outcomes; accountable for managing staff and vendors supporting each functional area.

What We’re Looking For: An experienced COO, Executive Director, or Senior Leader with a proven background in managing operations within law firms or professional services. Experience in marketing strategy development, implementation, and performance monitoring.

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to improve processes and team engagement. Experience managing teams, recruiting, employee development, and vendor relations, particularly in marketing and technology. Essential Qualities:
