Chief Operating Officer

StevenDouglas has been retained on a new COO/ CFO search in Austin, Texas. We are seeking a COO with a background in finance and operations to drive revenue from $3 million to $10 million and expand the team from 20 to 100 employees.

This "hands-on" role reports directly to the CEO and Founder, requiring a candidate with 10 years of experience and at least 3 years in a leadership position. Industry focus is Professional Accounting and Finance Services and prior experience is this space is required . This is a "unique" opportunity to build a "best in class" operations for this growing company. Preference given to candidates in Austin or willing to relocate. Qualifications : Prior or current COO experience of a larger firm ($5M) OR an operational leader in a larger firm ($10M) Professional Accounting services industry experience with an emphasis on "customer satisfaction." Strives for operational excellence, building of operating models, and organizational design Thrives in building and managing teams.
