Chief Operating Officer

We’re seeking an experienced COO to lead and scale our operations, driving growth and performance across all company subsidiaries. This role will work closely with the CEO to implement strategic visions, oversee financial management, and ensure alignment across departments.

Key Responsibilities: Translate CEO’s vision into actionable strategies and operational plans. Lead financial planning, reporting, and manage external relationships (CPA, legal, insurance). Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability.

Oversee company operations, optimize processes, and manage cross-department collaboration. Set and monitor KPIs to ensure performance targets are met, making adjustments as needed. Mentor teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and professional growth.

Serve as the key point of contact for clients, investors, and stakeholders. Qualifications: 10 - 15 years' of executive experience Strategic planning and business development experience Strong written and verbal and presentation skills Strong leadership and organizational skills
