Chief Operating Officer (Coo)

A dynamic Company based in Boca Raton, FL is looking to hire a Chief Operating Officer (COO). The COO will bring a strong strategic planning and project management background to provide critical oversight that will help shape and sustain the organization’s growth, structure, and culture.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain strategic operating plans that reflect the long-term objectives and priorities of the company, including business planning and analysis, budgeting and risk management, processes, and procedures
• Drive multiple divisions to achieve and surpass profitability, and business goals and objectives
• Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company
• Ensure that the operating objectives and standards of performance are not only understood but owned by management and other employees
• Develop, track, and report key performance measurements for multiple business units
• Lead and manage company risk management efforts
• Review contracts in conjunction with risk management

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 15+ years of operational/leadership experience in a C-Level role
• Currently resides in South Florida
