As the Chief of Staff, you will be charged with building alignment on strategic initiatives with Tien and Zuora's executive team operationalizing, planning, and executing strategic programs for the office of the CEO. You'll be the thought partner for our CEO; ensuring no meeting will be adjourned without a clear and concise action plan furthering Tien's and the company's objectives. You'll be a pivotal player, tasked with using your creativity, initiative, operational savvy and resolve to ensure the team is well positioned to execute.

What you'll do & achieve:
Oversee large, often cross-functional organization-wide projects or initiatives, bringing together multiple stakeholders to help drive decisions and ensure alignment
Streamline activities based on CEO priorities
Troubleshoot complex problems to create creative solutions
Act as a sounding board to the CEO and Exec leadership on matters of strategy, team effectiveness, and operations
Manage CEO/Executive Staff Meetings: Plan and facilitate executive meetings, including formulating the topics to cover, building and advising agendas, guiding the discussion, bringing together notes and action items, and following up as appropriate
Champion and drive efforts across the team to improve team effectiveness and contribute to making ZEO's unique culture a competitive differentiator for talent across all disciplines
Drive team towards deadlines, acting as a thought partner as required
What you need to be successful:
BS or equivalent in Business, Marketing or related field
Management and PM experience preferred, including staff and budget responsibility
Experience at a Cloud computing company, ideally as a CoS supporting the C-level
An activator; action-oriented and driven
Strong influencing skills; comfortable negotiating and driving timely decisions
Skilled diplomat with high levels of professional confidence and business acumen
Strong leadership skills with proven ability to influence and garner support for objectives
Proven, applied data-driven, decision-making skill set
Demonstrated success formulating strategic direction, skillful negotiation, & implementation
Demonstrated effective communication skills and strong executive presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships
