Chief of Staff, Mosaic Technology
As a member of the Technology team at Capital One, you will support and manage work for the Chief of Staff in the Mosaic Tech organization. You will work with smart and passionate people to deliver results that have a direct impact on the company's performance. You will take on important and exciting responsibility from day one, working with key stakeholders across the company. You will be challenged to excel and lead alongside the brightest talent in the industry and be rewarded for your achievements.
Acts as the facilitator for their boss's colleagues or employees (department heads or other VPs that report to him/her). This means being able to communicate wants, needs, concerns, ideas from employee to boss in an effective and efficient way.
Aid in creating and establishing strategic initiatives that are critical to delivery and workforce strategy. This also includes executing many of the strategic imperatives
Set the operating rhythm for the organization by driving, refining, and leading all hands, staff meetings, town halls, and communication
Act as a highly functioning change agent and leader for the organization to effectively spot the need for change and/or lead the implementation efforts
Provide organizational development/effectiveness consultation with business area leadership on organizational design, processes, and strategic planning
Understanding of the relationship between engineering and business functions within a corporate environment.
Create routines and processes to enable the efficient and effective management of the organization including finance, hiring, retention, risk, operational excellence, etc.
Partner with the TOH COS team.
The successful candidate will:

Have experience managing visible projects which require the ability to manage cross-functional team members, remove obstacles and influence appropriately
Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
At least 7 years of experience in Project or Process Management
At least 5 years of experience in communications planning
At least 2 years of experience working with organizational development and performance
At least 4 years of experience leading technology strategic development
