As Chief of Staff/Executive Assistant to the CEO (CoS/EA), you will have broad impact across the organization and exposure to the inner-workings of a high-growth SaaS company. You are confident, driven and ready to roll up your sleeves in your role as the right-hand to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). As a trusted member of the team, you will be a confidant on all topics relating to strategy, growth, prioritization, and operations.
This strategic partnership will give you executive exposure as you will serve as the primary interface between the CEO and key stakeholders. You will be privy to sensitive information that requires the highest degree of confidentiality.

Your solid business acumen and understanding of OEC will position you to support and contribute to many strategic aspects of the business.
You are independent and flexible, adept at managing multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities and deadlines. No task is too big or too small. You work with a talented, fast charging, and busy team of C-level professionals and take pride in doing whatever is necessary to provide support. You are skilled at operating both proactively and reactively, and exhibit tact and poise in your written and verbal communications, especially in high-pressure situations.
The ideal CoS/EA is skilled at managing all administrative responsibilities while serving as a close business partner to the CEO. The successful candidate can efficiently and seamlessly manage all aspects of domestic and international travel for the CEO, navigate complex calendaring, conduct business research projects, and organize and participate in executive staff meetings.

Bachelor level degree from an accredited college or university with a focus in business or related discipline; or, in the absence of a degree, directly-related job experience where a number of years and proven knowledge will offset the degree requirement. Master of Business Administration and Certification as an office professional, such as CAP and/or OM, are preferred.
Experience & Skills:
In addition to the education outlined above, at least seven (7) years of proven, responsible experience in an executive assistant capacity, two (2) of which were spent supporting either a CEO or senior-level vice-president. Strong business acumen, research, and analytical skills.
Experience working with technology systems, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology. Very advanced skills with MS Office Suite programs (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and WebEx. Working knowledge of databases and maintaining on-line shared systems.
Requires strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and reassign them as necessary. Must be able to build strong working relationships both in and outside the Company, and display good judgment in decision-making and in maintaining confidentiality (excellent oral and written communication skills a must). A proven track-record in handling unscheduled events and changing priorities; Must be able to work independently to complete projects, but also as a team player illustrating initiative and dedication.
