Purpose:

As Chief of Staff, you will be the strategic force driving success by enabling the President and executive team to execute their vision. You'll manage complex projects, facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and visibility, and ensure the company's strategic goals are achieved efficiently and effectively.

Your role as a trusted advisor and liaison to internal teams and external stakeholders will foster strong partnerships and clear communication, facilitating informed decision-making and high performance across the organization. Through your analytical insights and proactive management, you will lead initiatives that enhance operational excellence and organizational growth.

In this key position, you will empower the executive team and the entire company to achieve their highest potential.

  • Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Collaborate with the President and executive team to develop, implement, and monitor strategic plans and initiatives and ensure communication and visibility to necessary executives and key stakeholders

  • Conduct analysis and provide insights on strategic decisions, highlighting potential risks and opportunities

  • Monitor and facilitate the progress of executive goals and targets

  • Work with other business teams and influence strategic direction

  • Engage with finance and operations to help make data-driven decisions

  • Prepare updates and business reviews with executive leaders

  • Identify efficiency opportunities and drive associated initiatives to improve performance and success of the organization.

  • Manage agendas for staff meetings, strategic off-sites, and other important reviews

  • Assist leaders with annual planning process, headcount allocation, and portfolio management Drive staff meeting agendas and manage follow-up actions

  • Communication and Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as a key liaison between the President, internal teams, and external stakeholders

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance collaboration and partnership

  • Facilitate discussions in areas related to program directions, strategic discussions, and conflicts

  • Set and drive regular cadence of communications to various stakeholders

  • Strategic Project Management:

  • Oversee and manage key projects and initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives, providing progress and updates and ensuring completion against requirements and timeline

  • Establish and track progress and status reporting on multiple projects (e.g., objectives and key results), working cross-departmentally to ensure stakeholder alignment

  • Executive Support to the President:

  • Apply business acumen, strategic thinking, and project management skills to provide leverage to the leadership team to grow

  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic counsel and support

  • Prepare briefing materials and agendas for meetings and events, ensuring the President is well-prepared

  • Ensure the executive completes any action items required of them

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience providing effective operational support and project management for a senior executive

  • Experience translating strategy into an operational plan and drive to completion

  • Demonstrated experience effectively leading and managing high-impact, cross-organizational projects, programs and events

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • You possess strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, enabling leadership and teams across the organization to address challenges swiftly and effectively while maintaining organizational harmony. You have the ability to mediate differing opinions and find common ground, foster collaboration, and drive progress toward achieving strategic objectives.

  • Natural ability to establish trust and build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and partnership.
