Chief of Staff, Digital Products Engineering
Seeking a highly-talented associate to serve as a Chief of Staff with strategy & business operational functions within the Digital Products Engineering organization of Shared Tech.
This role will have the opportunity to work with the most energized, talented group of software engineers, who build EVERY digital interaction our customers have with Capital One. In addition, this role will interface with other critical Capital One business partners to include: HR, Finance, Recruiting, Supplier Management, Tech Events, and Community Affairs.

This role will report to the Vice President of Digital Products Engineering and be responsible for managing critical business operations within the department to ensure that we are well managed and stay connected across our diverse technology teams.
Additionally, this role will be responsible for managing the associate experience across multiple vectors. Our team is geographically dispersed, with large hubs in Richmond, McLean, and San Francisco, and some travel will be required. Based in Vienna, the role will have both a business management function while also creating cohesive vision & strategy for the organization. The ability to work across teams and locations with strong communication skills will be key.

Lead and manage multiple activities related to our workforce strategy, associate recruiting, headcount management, etc.
Assist in the management of VP's leadership team strategy;
Partner closely with Cost Transformation and Finance teams to ensure that we meet financial commitments and continue to improve our financial management processes.
Partner and build relationships cross-functionally with Finance, Reporting & Analysis, Strategy, HR, Communications, and business partners, as well as internal key stakeholders, enabling successful delivery on commitments
Delivering ad hoc requests to support the VP and TOH Chief of Staff, as needed.
Manage tactical day-to-day management of projects including but not limited to tools and systems for tracking project, reporting status/results, pre-determine schedule, project changes
Support timely completion of deliverables, including but not limited to PowerPoint presentations, Excel data models, meeting minutes focused on follow up items and identifying accountable parties.
Coordinate and execute logistics around team routines and events.
Develop, manage and execute various communications plan for internal and external stakeholders
Bachelor's Degree or military experience
At least 5 years of experience in project or process management with cross-functional teams
At least 5 years of experience in communications planning and development, including: department communications, leadership team meetings, presentations, memos and reports
3+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications
1+ years of experience with technology concepts and methodologies
