OVERVIEW OF ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Match is seeking a Chief of Staff (COS) who will play an integral role on the Match Network Support Team. The COS will work closely with Match's senior leadership to ensure Match fulfills its mission by overseeing organization-wide strategic planning and projects, leading on Match's diversity, inclusion, and equity work, promoting alignment and collaboration across campus and network departments, supporting human resource functions, and supporting the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on other projects and tasks as needed.
The COS reports to the CEO. The compensation for this position starts at an annual salary rate of $123,064 and can be higher based on prior relevant experience.
Detailed Job Responsibilities
Project Management
Oversee the development and implementation of the highest-priority initiatives and special projects that require senior-level leadership and are not directly linked to a specific functional area;
Design and lead the process of developing of a new multi-year strategic plan;
Design and lead annual goal setting and resource planning process for the organization;
Ensure key stakeholders and teams are brought along on important projects and initiatives impacting the organization; and
Support implementation and rollout of new processes network-wide.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
Develop and implement a comprehensive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) plan for the organization based on Match's mission and goals;
Collaborate with network leaders and school leaders to integrate DEI initiatives and Match's core values into daily culture at Match;
Collaborate with Match's talent team to elevate current best practices for the recruitment and retention of diverse staff, and innovate on ideas to increase the recruitment and retention of diverse staff; and
Facilitate professional development sessions, affinity spaces, and restorative conversations as needed.
Human Resources
Develop and implement a effective HR systems that align with the organization's goals and objectives, while supporting the overall vision and mission of the organization;
Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies to ensure the organization has the right talent in the right roles at the right time;
Lead on employee engagement initiative including survey and focus group administration;
Serve as a resource for staff in addressing HR concerns within the workplace;
Serve as Title IX coordinator; and
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's or Master's degree;
5+ years of prior experience in school leadership, preferable in an urban education setting;
Prior experience leading or supporting DEI initiatives;
Prior experience in HR management and administration;
Have thrived in roles where you are juggling multiple priorities and work streams at one time and understand when to operate with urgency and when to slow down so that the work moves forward more effectively;

Experience with mediation and conflict resolution;
