Position Summary
Under the direction and supervision of the VP of Finance and Administration, the PCOM Georgia Campus is seeking a dynamic and qualified individual to join our team as the Chief of Campus Operations (CCO). The CCO will serve as the primary first point of contact for the PCOM Georgia campus and act as the liaison between the Georgia Campus and the CFO. This pivotal role involves directing activities that promote productive relationships within the campus community and providing both operational and strategic leadership for the designated areas of the campus.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In conjunction with the VP of Finance and Administration, ensures the PCOM Georgia campus compliance with the College's institutional and campus missions/focus.
Oversees the campus operational departments such as facilities management, security, and public safety.
Act as the intermediary between the Georgia Campus and the CFO, facilitating smooth and efficient information flow and collaboration.
Works with Finance to develop and manage budgets for the campus.
Works with Finance to develop and manage budgets for the campus; direct the daily operational, non-academic activities of the PCOM Georgia Campus, ensuring all functions run smoothly and efficiently.
Directly supervises all support staff responsible for the daily operations of the PCOM Georgia Campus.
Address and resolve operational issues as they arise, implementing solutions that enhance campus operations and overall effectiveness.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education
Skills and Experience
At least five (5) years of progressively responsible administrative services experience is required. 10 years of progressive experience in building/office management, operations or something similar is strongly preferred.
Experience in higher education, preferably in medical and/or related fields, is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise between different departments and stakeholders.
Experience managing complex budgets and project management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Salary Range: $122,050 - $150,000
The referenced salary range is based on PCOM good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
