Overview
Spring EQ, a leader in the mortgage lending industry with a uniquely in demand product offering, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Marketing Officer. This pivotal role will oversee a team of 6+ responsible for all digital marketing, lead management, corporate partnerships, and brand management. Following a record $2B in originations last year, the organization aims to accelerate growth to achieve $3-4B this year. This presents an exceptional opportunity for a driven leader to continue the expansion of a best-in-class marketing team with the goal of making an impact on the industry.
Responsibilities
Establishing and executing a multi-channel marketing strategy-including online, direct to consumer, business to business, cross-sell, and partnerships
Developing strategies to reach new borrowers across multiple demographics and product lines
Managing and reaching out to potential partners to create affiliate relationships
Working to develop and execute a cohesive digital marketing plan
Working with the broader marketing team on creation of emails, Facebook ads, Google ads, display ads, affiliate ads as well as content for outside Account managers.
Work cross functionally with analytics, research, and product teams to develop necessary insight to support messaging approach.
Bring insight selling into sales and marketing teams and pair it with behavioral design approaches to increase effectiveness of our marketing efforts.
Lead sales enablement to improve sales force operations and scalability through sales team training, sales material creation, and measuring sales force effectiveness.
Reporting the progress and results to senior management on a weekly basis
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree with a focus in marketing or business.
Mortgage industry experience, with both consumer call center and third-party origination broker marketing channel expertise required.
10-15+ years of sales enablement and marketing management experience that includes consumer direct, digital marketing, and communications
CRM experience, Hubspot preferred
Experience establishing and leading sales enablement and marketing in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
A successful track record of leveraging data and analytics to understand performance and improve results to the team.
A significant experience with sales and marketing technology and operations.
A commitment to leading with curiosity, and transparency, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and dig into the work.
An understanding of the importance of working with a sense of urgency. Ideal candidates will possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
