Position Summary

The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will be responsible for leading and executing the overall marketing strategy to drive growth, enhance brand awareness, and maximize customer acquisition and retention. This role will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's marketing vision and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. The CMO will build partnerships across the Company and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and accountability.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)

  • Drive the business in partnership with Field Development, Science, Operations and Finance.

  • Oversee brand development, product positioning, customer experience and performance marketing efforts.

  • Reimagine, develop and lead Isagenix's revamped brand story and identity.

  • Create brand love with new and existing customers by engaging with them across our segments of marketing in relevant ways. This includes content development for all digital assets (including web redesign) and performance marketing efforts.

  • Develop and advance Isagenix's consumer insights and market intelligence to help create, drive, and optimize marketing investments.

  • Lead packaging redesign across product portfolio.

  • Oversee product ideation in collaboration with Science, Operations, and Product Marketing team.

  • Oversee customer experience process to deliver enhancements to existing business.

  • Oversee additional business development opportunities to continue to drive consumer relevancy and incremental revenue for Isagenix.

  • Grow and capture new customers through innovation and brand evolution while staying true to the key tenets of Isagenix's brand identity.

Minimum Qualifications (These are the requirements that all applicants MUST HAVE to be considered for this position)

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

  • 15 years of experience in marketing roles of increased responsibility.

  • Proven experience building and improving global brand awareness and the ability to articulate its value.

  • Proven experience leveraging nontraditional marketing experience with deep knowledge in all aspects of digital, social, mobile and loyalty.

  • CRM expert with experience designing, building, and leveraging a large database of consumers.

  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft office software to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, detail oriented and able to manage/lead groups of people and tasks simultaneously.

  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

  • Demonstrated ability to recognize and act upon industry trends, market demands and opportunities for potential growth.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Master's degree from an accredited institution.

  • Proven and accomplished marketing executive experience with a progressive career within a network marketing and/or consumer packaged goods company.
