Their mission is to provide high-quality roofing services at competitive prices, ensuring homes are well-protected and comfortable. Now they are looking for a CMO to join their team.Position Overview:The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of the company's marketing and advertising initiatives. The CMO's primary responsibility is to generate revenue by increasing sales through successful marketing for the entire organization, using market research, pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising, and public relations.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning and Leadership:Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and drive sales.Align the marketing strategy with the overall business goals and objectives.Lead, manage, and mentor the marketing team.Market Research and Analysis:Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.Analyze competitors and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.Creative Development and Execution:Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including digital, print, and social media campaigns.Manage the company’s brand identity and ensure consistency across all platforms.Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment of marketing strategies and initiatives.Sales and Revenue Growth:Drive the company’s sales through innovative marketing strategies.Develop pricing strategies to maximize profit and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.Implement customer-centric marketing strategies to enhance customer experience and retention.Interdepartmental Coordination:Work closely with other executives to create alignment on strategy and execution plans.Serve as a nexus of information between departments such as production, IT, corporate communications, public relations, law, human resources, and finance.Digital Marketing and Technology:Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.Manage customer-facing technology implementations.Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes.Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
• Experience with budgeting and financial planning.
• Roofing experience is not required, but a background in construction or home improvement is a plus.
