Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support business objectives

• Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies and regulatory action.

• Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization

• Enhance and/or develop, implement and enforce policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve overall operation and effectiveness.

• Oversee profit and loss management, financial reporting, and analysis

• Provide expertise in technical accounting matters and ensure accurate financial reporting

• Supervise payroll, accounting, and revenue cycle with an eye to growth

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and operational efficiency
