Essential Functions

  • Oversee and direct the efforts of the Finance team

  • Oversee production of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports that provide meaningful, managerial information to all stakeholders

  • Provide insights and expertise to help increase revenue generation & reduce costs

  • Lead all risk mitigation efforts from a financial perspective

  • Work with Chief People Officer on hiring initiatives and strategies

  • Lead and oversee all facilities efforts for Fusion; this includes space planning, current space improvements, lease execution, construction efforts as needed, and relocation matters as needed

  • Prepare and revise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial projections for all business units

  • Develop, foster, and maximize relationships with financial-based partners - banks, insurance, outside CPA firm, outside legal counsel, private equity

  • Oversee and lead all cash management efforts for Fusion including depository and lending arrangements for company

  • Take lead role in company incentive plans based on company metrics, and provide recurring progress reports to entire company on financial progress

  • Leverage data and analytics to drive insights and future strategies for business

  • Oversee all financial planning and analysis work

  • Focus on strategic finance through analyzing, budgeting and forecasting to provide executive team with actionable insights

  • Mentor all direct reports, along with their people, especially in areas of people leadership, financial expertise, and organizational priorities

  • Recruit outside talent for all business needs within the company

  • Promote the Fusion brand to all outside stakeholders to improve awareness of who Fusion is and does

  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.

  • Work with ownership to provide economic planning and tax efficient strategies as it relates to company performance

Work Environment

This position operates as a hybrid position and routinely uses standard office equipment.

Work environment defined:

Local - position has in-office requirements and would require employee to live in the local area

Hybrid - position has weekly in-office requirements but ability to work from home as well, would require employee to live in the local area

Remote - no in-office requirements, employee would not need to live in the local area

This job operates as a Hybrid position in both an office and home environment; routinely using standard office equipment.

TRAVEL:This position requires travel as needed to accomplish business objectives.

Position Type/Expected hours worked

This is a full-time position, and standard hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. CST (flexible start/end times with manager discretion). Regular and punctual attendance is required

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
  • 10+ years progressive leadership experience

  • 10+ years of equivalent work experience

  • Excellent leadership skills

  • Industry experience helpful, but not required
