Situated at the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains, Village Behavioral Health offers an ideal setting for adolescents to begin facing their difficulties free from distractions. Our programs's goal is to help teenagers make better choices by helping them understand how poor choices have affected them in the past. Village Behavioral Health provides a safe, secure, and serene setting to allow treatment to truly begin.
Family involvement is essential to make a lasting change. For the adolescent to get the full benefit of our program, we believe the family must be active participants in the treatment process.Family Therapy occurs on a regular basis and is a critical part of our program, ensuring long-term success of the youth.
Village Behavioral Health's Alcohol & Drug Program follows the 12-step model. Each adolescent begins their treatment within the 12-step model and engages in on-campus groups. Adolescents are also introduced to a relapse prevention program and guided in gaining control over their substance abuse and addiction.

The Chief Executive Officer position provides leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.
This position accomplishes this through respect, constructive and energetic style as strongly guided by the Regional VP.
Day-to-day leadership and management to service the facility and the adopted mission and core values of the company;
Supplies direction, supervision and coordinates the overall operations for facility;
Strong understanding of financial statements; assist CFO in developing an annual budget;
Participates in establishment and implementation of organizational policies and procedures;
Ability to analyze and recommend to Regional VP changes in organizational systems, policies and procedures and ensures their implementation;
Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of internal and external processes;
Provides timely, accurate and completed reports on the operating condition of the facility;
Development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes;
Collaborate frequently with management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of processes, growth objective and organization;
Strong ability to motivate and lead a high performance management team and to foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the facility;
Other duties as assigned by Regional VP.
Master's Degree in Health Systems Administration or closely related field highly desired.
Five years of healthcare executive operational management experience in private, federal or state healthcare programs or other complex healthcare environment.
Excellent communication, verbal and people skills with ability to partner a dynamic leadership team.
Knowledge to understand healthcare operations; skilled in organizational, budget and resource development, personnel management, and strategic planning.
Flexible schedule; ability to multitask and work in ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
Valid Driver's License in good standing.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
