Presides over and direct the entire range of activities of the Hospital. Create and communicate a vision for the Hospital. Identify, develop and direct the implementation of the business strategy. Plan and direct the Hospital's activities to achieve stated/agreed targets and standards for financial and trading performance, quality, culture and legislative adherence. Define measurable goals that develop and enhance processes, systems and practices and provide the means resource needed to accomplish the goals. Manage and develop key administrative team members. Effectively delegate goals and responsibilities of key executive staff. Direct functions and performance via the administrative team. Review and monitor organization development.
Advanced degree required. 10 years of previous management experience necessary; behavioral health preferred.
Analytical skills necessary in order to resolve extremely complex problems and issues requiring clinical and/or organizational principles and concepts and in-depth, experience - base knowledge. Exceptional communication skills necessary in order to effectively deal with and convey complex situations with a variety of influential internal and external constituencies. Work requires the ability to proofread and check documents for accuracy.
