Chief Executive Officer
Community Health Centers of Arkansas (CHCA) is seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer.
CHCA is a non-profit organization serving as the "Voice" for Arkansas' network of Community Health Centers. CHCA advocates access to affordable, quality healthcare for all Arkansans.
This position reports to and performs under the direction of the CHCA Board of Directors.
The CEO is responsible for the overall operations of the CHCA including: Governance, Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Finance, Development, Human Resources, and providing support to the Board of Directors.
A Bachelor's degree in a health related field or business administration is required. A minimum of ten years of progressively responsible experience, with at least five of these having been in a senior leadership capacity in a similar organization, is expected. A Graduate degree and demonstrated experience in agency administration, state & federal grants management and government relations is highly preferred.
