This position of hotel Chief Engineer will provide you the venue to utilize all your expertise in property engineering, leadership, and preventative and reactive maintenance. Some Key Responsibilities:

Providing the highest quality of service to the customers at all times

Training, motivational development, and review of all engineering staff

Provide accommodations that are safe for our guests and a work environment equally as safe for our associates.

Repairs and Routine Maintenance of all operating systems

Oversee inventory management, department budgeting, safety controls, annual certifications/licenses

Meet all Concord Hospitality and Hotel Brand compliance standards and operating controls

Provide great communication to General Manager, Concord and ownership on concern areas.

We are looking for a strong transformational leader who can develop a strong vision and well-articulated professional practice models in keeping with current healthcare changes related to patient care. Summary: Responsible for coordinating patient care and operations of designated areas of the hospital, and participates in all aspects of planning for the organization. The CCO has the authority and responsibility for the direction, administration and supervision of clinical services and for the coordination and evaluation of all clinical services activities that support the hospital mission and common hospital goals. The CCO assists the CEO in formulating other hospital objectives and plans as an equal member of the hospital executive staff. Responsibilities: * Coordinates the development of hospital-wide programs that address how patient care needs of the patient population are assessed, met and evaluated * Implements mechanisms for innovative evidence-based practices to evolve clinical programs * Participates in the policy decisions that impact patient care services within the hospital * Responsible for the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of process improvement and continuous quality improvement * Assumes an active role in the hospital's governing board, medical staff and other clinical leaders in the hospital's decision-making structure and process * Participates as the administrator-on-call rotation with the designated administrative team * Supports and develops patient care services through the employee selection process, work assignments, performance evaluations, and staff development * Responsible for the provision of nursing services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week * Recommends and participates in education programs and training; including new hire orientation * Encourages and facilitates the professional advancement of employees by affording opportunities for further education and experience * Maintains close coordination with all departments to insure continuity and collaboration of services * Communicates expectations, develops leaders and evolves the organization to meet current and anticipated strategic priorities * Conveys a strong sense of advocacy and support on behalf of patients, family members and staff * Responsible for cost controls to insure maximum effectiveness of funds expended from the approved departmental budgets Requirements: * Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing * Licensed Registered Nurse in state of GA * Bachelors of Science in Nursing or a related field required * Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in patient care services management * Critical care nursing experience * Ability to determine appropriate course of action in more complex situations * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to handle difficult situations involving patients, physicians or others in a professional manner * Proficient user of computer programs including Microsoft Office * Ability to apply mathematical concepts and analysis of data About us: Landmark Hospitals is a privately owned, seven hospital system with locations in Georgia, Missouri and Florida.
