Job Description

AECOM has a need for a Chemical Warfare Material Manager to based anywhere in the United States.

Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to the following:

  • Manage/perform CWM removal under a FFP or CPFF contract for USACE
  • Develop complex technical approaches and competitive pricing for the identification and removal of CWM and/or traditional munitions.+ Prepare CWM workplans and schedules, managed budgets and quality, and lead field teams during removal actions in the field.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • BS/BA in Engineering, Science, or related degree + 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager of federal projects and or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education+ USACE MMRP experience performing CWM remediation operations.+ Thorough knowledge of USACE EP 75-1-3 and been involved with the development and implementation of a DDESB-approved Chemical Safety Submission (CSS) to conduct CWM removal actions.+ Due to the nature of the work, US citizenship is required

Preferred Qualifications

  • PE or PG
  • Five years working experience at Military Munitions Response (MMR)/CWM sites.+ Experience with USACE Huntsville Center and Redstone Arsenal, AL+ Experience managing USACE CWM projects
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects to scope, schedule, and budget
  • Knowledge of project financial accounting, reporting, and controls
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including both oral and written+ Advanced report writing skills
  • Organizational management skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work
  • Self-motivated, driven, and hard working
  • Demonstrated proposal-writing skills, Multiple Award Task Order Contract proposals
  • Demonstrated ability to market and win work successfully and effectively.+ Relevant references
  • Position will require travel

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $180,000.00 - $227,000.00.
