Individual will be responsible for working with the Collins Aerospace Global Chemical Substances (GCS) Program Office team to implement / enhance the tool set to help the business units meet their EU REACh and other Global Chemical product compliance regulations.
Management of Information Systems (MIS), Business administration / management, or Engineering - Industrial and/or Environmental Sciences
Upgrades / Enhancements to Global Chemical Substances (GCS) SharePoint sites
Enhance overall design to be more user friendly
Document enhancements and associated standard work
Develop automated tracking tools
Restructure / streamline sites to make more productive
Ensure technical data is protected per company policies
Propose New Solution for Collins Candidate List & BU CAS Use
Develop new strategy for data mining
Suggest different data tools
Implement new tools
Participate in Global Chemical Digital Strategy activities
Understand current process
Perform project planning, scheduling, and implementation of Digital Technology enhancements
Coordinate activities across various functional groups
Access Data Base knowledge
Engage with IT, CMM team, & GCS PMO team to mature tool set
Establish data integrity
Perform data cleanse
SAP data extraction
Extract and manipulate data
Analyze and report monthly results
SCIP Data base Digital Technologies project
Extract and manipulate data
Analyze data and liaison with business unit focal across Collins Aerospace
Data Integrity analysis
Reporting and presentations on project status
Individual will gain knowledge and hands-on experience in the following areas:
Program management (working with different functional teams)
Coordination and communication skills Organizational skills (task oriented and priority)
Development tracking & communication of metrics
Multi-tasking; work multiple projects concurrently
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident "Green Card" holder
