Looking to Join a dynamic, innovative company excelling in distillation processes? Our established client in the distribution of equipment and services for refrigeration is looking for a Chemical Engineering Manager to join their team. Responsibilities: Optimize distillation processes to enhance efficiency, throughput, and product quality.

Develop and implement process improvements to reduce energy use, waste, and environmental impact. Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and reclaim teams to improve processes and solve issues. Provide technical support to ensure safe and efficient operation of distillation equipment.

Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis to resolve operational issues and maintain material balances. Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and training materials for distillation processes. Participate in process hazard analyses (PHA) and management of change (MOC) for safety compliance.

Review and develop process flow diagrams (PFD) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID). Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in distillation. Support new product development with expertise in distillation processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering with 8-10 years of experience.

Master's degree with 5 years of experience preferred. Minimum 3 years in process/production engineering focused on distillation. Knowledge of process simulation software, lean, and Six Sigma is desirable.
