TheChemical Engineer will provide technical assistance to a large recycled water treatment facility. The engineer will perform process engineering work and provides process control guidance as well as assist with small to mid-scale project management coordination with operation, maintenance, client and third-parties. In addition, this role will support all R&D activities at the main and satellite facilities. A significant portion of the time will devoted to working in the field.

Required Skills
  • Bachelor''s Degree from an accredited college/university in Civil, Chemical, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering required.
  • Possession of Engineer in Training certificate preferred.
  • Valid Driver''s License required.
  • Understanding of environmental chemistry, fluid mechanics, water and wastewater treatment processes.
  • Knowledge of the principals, practices and operation of physical, chemical and biological treatment process.
  • Must possess organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize while managing several projects at a time.
  • Ability to adapt to and shift priorities, and effectively perform under pressure.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization, and the client as needed verbally and in written format.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel required.
Required Experience
  • 0-2 years'' experience in engineering.
  • Internship experience preferred.
