  1. Under the direction of the area supervisor, blends explosive powders, pyrotechnics and propellants.
    2.Weigh-up, grind, blend and delivery of various energetic materials and raw materials.
    3.Cleans equipment/tooling and maintains a safe working environment and the housekeeping standard of the powder processing area.
    4.Preparation of test samples and performs chemical testing on explosives, pyrotechnics, propellants and various raw materials.
    5.Washes, screens and dries explosives.
    6.Breakdown bulk energetic powders and rebowling.
    7.Help write powder processing documentation.
    8.Delivers energetic powders to the facility and maintains magazine inventories. 9. Work with engineering to develop new energetics.

Education Required:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: (Level 1): Basic math skills and general mechanical skills. Familiarity with basic lab processes and handling of primary and secondary explosives. (Level 2): 3-5 years energetic material work experience
