We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef with high volume, high-end catering experience for an exclusive private boarding/day school in Hagerstown, MD.

Our Managers have drive and passion for what they do. They design menus that reflect the communities they serve.

They write these menus at the venue. Our Managers hire their teams, manage orders, inventory, catering, and lead talent management. Our Managers care about their campus communities, and the relationships they form make the career choice to work for SAGE that much more enjoyable. Our clients are appreciative, as they see the hard work that we produce at every meal, and they see the passion we put into our scratch menus.

This is a seven day a week operation, so the schedule would include at least one weekend day. Special catering events take place during the shift, weeknights or weekends.

Typically advance notice is given as these are planned events. You would be responsible for all catered events with your hourly team.
