Chef Manager

Job Description Job Description We are looking for a self-motivated energetic chef with store and/or restaurant experience to operate and manage a growing seafood market and Food Truck business. Candidates should be experienced in the restaurant or Food Truck industry and have a strong culinary background.

This position also oversees the staff of the seafood market and food truck, manage inventory, cooks and prepares salads, soups and seafood for the market. This is a full-time salaried position.
