Chef Manager ~ Beautiful Private Day School

SAGE Dining Services is seeking a Chef Manager (hands-on) who has experience with producing high volume meal service as well as high-end catering for an exclusive private day school in Creve Coeur, MO.

Our Managers have drive and passion for what they do. They design menus that reflect the communities they serve.

They write these menus at the venue. Our Managers hire their teams, manage orders, inventory, catering, and lead talent management. Our Managers care about their campus communities, and the relationships they form make the career choice to work for SAGE that much more enjoyable. Our clients are appreciative, as they see the hard work that we produce at every meal, and they see the passion we put into our scratch menus.

This position is primarily weekdays with special catering events taking place during that time or during weeknights or weekends. Typically advance notice is given as these are planned events. You would be responsible for all catered events with your hourly team.
