At Live Nation Entertainment, our people embrace these qualities, so if this sounds like you then please read on WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO · Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes, desserts and appetizers. · Specific tasks include but not limited to veggie prep, grilling, roasting, soups, stocks, baking · Follows specific recipes as directed by Lead Chef · Cook food in a timely manner · Ensure appealing presentation · Check freshness of food for proper food storage and rotation · Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients · Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area · Create prep lists WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING Required: · Proven work experience as a Chef or Cook · Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment · Knowledge of culinary techniques · Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks under extreme pressure · Excellent time management abilities · Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes · Familiarity with sanitation regulations and have Food Handers Card · Taking leadership and providing direction as needed of kitchen opening, closing and other side duties · Attention to detail. · Ability to communicate in a fast-moving environment. · Ability to take and provide direction and work independently with those directions. For this reason, - The expected compensation for this position in California is: $24.00 USD - $30.00 Hourly Please note that the compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to the California Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements Law. It is estimated based on what a successful California applicant might be paid. It assumes that the successful candidate will be in California or perform the position from California.

Similar positions located outside of California will not necessarily receive the same compensation. Live Nation takes into consideration a candidate’s education, training, and experience, as well as the position’s work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value, including seniority and merit systems, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees.
