CHC Business Analysis & Controlling Data And Analytics Lead

JOB PURPOSE

• Support finance team in all matters related to data consolidation and analytics.

• Work with countries, regional and global team in one set of reports: design and maintenance.

KEY RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Data and Analytics champion for the BA&C global team

• Identify local (country or regional) reporting requirements and work with global team in the implementation on one set of reports / one ways of work.

• Identify gaps in current ERP and work with local teams to bring digital solutions to them.

• Partner with BA&C team in work flows and identify process that can be simplify with digital solutions and lead their implementation.

• Reporting

• Lead one set of reports update and maintenance throughout the region.

• Work with regional BA&C team optimizing reports to enhance data analysis eg: Standard Cost Analysis, Gross to Net, Opex.

• Lead regional initiatives supporting countries within the region to maintain their local reports while global one set of reports are deployed.

• Support update in TM1 in all forecast process

• Master Data

• Keep all master data related topics up to date.

• Work closely with local Boost TM1 team to keep all process up to standard.

• AdHocs

• Identify and request or perform Masterdata management in systems.

• Participate in internal control and audit processes to ensure compliance within his/her perimeter.

• Other tasks and duties as delegated by the BA&C Head.

KEY WORKING RELATIOSHIPS

• Finance team : BA&C team (global & regional), Finance Business Partner, Head of Finance Operation, M&S.

• ComOps team: local teams

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics.

• Professional experience

• +8 years of work experience preferably in data analysis implementation. Ideally knowledge of Finance or Accounting principals. Able to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment; able to multi-task with proven follow-through and adherence to changing priorities and deadlines.

Key Dimensions

• English is must.

• Data visualization technology is a must (datalake, powerBI)

• Python (programming)

• Proficiency in ERP (eg. SAP) and reporting tools (eg. TM1).

• Bogota, Colombia

• There is no direct report in this function
