The Chatbot Administrator/Developer will be tasked with maintaining Republic Services' DialogFlow Chatbot technology on the corporate web site. The Administrator/Developer will work closely with business analysts to understand the chat interaction trends to identify topics with the most opportunity to automate as well as ensure the technology side is fully supported and tuned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong understanding of computer science concepts and object-oriented design principles.
Strong understanding of distributed systems, operating systems, networking, databases, security, and analytics.
Minimum of 1 year of experience using source control SVN or Git.
Minimum of 1 year of experience building and consuming web services.
Performs analysis of trends in chat interactions to identify topics for expansion
Collaborates with business units to understand/influence requirements to positively impact the customer experience.
Tunes and refines the Chatbot configuration.
Writes requirements for developers to leverage API interactions as needed.
Maintains knowledge of current and emerging technologies/products/trends related to chatbots and corresponding architectural solutions.
Follows all required Company policies and practices relating to the System Development Life Cycle.
Provides Tier 3 support and resolution of open IT issues escalated by IT Customer Support.
Processes of Intents, Slots, Hints.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.
