Looking for someone with experience implementing a chatbot.
Any technology is ok as far as the experience. It could be on Microsoft, google, AWS, or other internal.
Experience with data mining, information extraction and knowledge/pattern discovery from complex and unstructured data
Experience of development of a conversational chatbot capable of resolving customer issues in a high scale production environments, producing seamless and high-quality interactions.
Expert in some of the key AI/Chatbot platforms, such as Microsoft Bot Framework and Azur Cognitive Services, Amazon Lex, Wit.ai, DialogFlow/Api.ai, etc.
Experience of designing and deployment a scalable machine learning feedback pipeline to facilitate continuous learning.
Experience with Natural language processing: text labeling and parsing, text understanding, question answering and chatbot dialogue systems, entity extraction and reasoning, etc.
Familiar with at least one of deep learning frameworks: Tensorflow, Pytorch, Caffe, Mxnet with experience of seq2seq, RNN, word2vec etc
Familiarity with relational database or NoSQL technologies, queries, and schema design
Ability to execute, starting from problem definition, to a working implementation
Strong coding experience
Passion for data discovery and pattern identification using supervised/unsupervised learning
Knowledgeable about the nuts and bolts of search engines, analytics and other data systems
Experience with cloud infrastructures is preferred

Experience on voiced based processing (text to speech, speech to text) is preferred

Responsibilities include: * Design, develop and manage real-time end-to-end buyer risk decisioning strategies while balancing customer experience, risks and rewards * Apply statistical techniques and strategy solutions to predict and manage buyer risk associated with PayPal products and accounts * Prepare, extract and analyze data covering a wide range of information from user profile to transaction history from large databases * For each decisioning strategy project, design its best structure and select the most appropriate techniques which may include a combination of several techniques * Conduct on-going strategy performance analytics and communicate strategy design and result to senior management * Work with product managers and engineering team in deploying risk decisioning strategies, designing new product capabilities, enhancing systems * Trouble-shooting any data, system and flow challenge while maintaining flawless strategy execution Requirements include: * Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Finance, Economics or related quantitative discipline * 5+ years experience in performing data management and analytics in the payments or in the e-commerce space * Must be an intuitive, organized analytical thinker, with the ability to perform detailed analysis * Strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills a must, including the ability to explain and/or present analyses * Must have good business judgment with demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically * Proven experience in employing mathematical, statistical, data mining and machine learning algorithms on real world problems * High proficiency in fundamental technical skills (Programming language like Java/C/C++; scripting language like Perl/Python; strong UNIX background; working knowledge of Hadoop, Map-Reduce, Hive, Pig, R; data warehouse skills). * Has working knowledge of internal and external business processes, and data, systems and flows, as well as analytic tools, processes, and methodologies to achieve the expected results with minimum supervision.
