Responsibilities
Review the truck chassis with the model of the hoist to be mounted and plans out what steps are necessary to complete the installation.
Installs some of the electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic components needed prior to the chassis mounting process.
Fabricate/Install/Connect hydraulic hoses around truck
Inspects work before the truck is moved on in the process
Employee operates a handheld plasma, huck gun, torch, air drill, and chain drill as part of their everyday duties.
Operates a forklift to move components as needed.
Must be able to read a tape measure.
Other responsibilities can be assigned by the supervisor/manager
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED or Technical Degree preferred
1+ years of related experience and/or training preferred
Mechanical Experience similar to car or truck body shop
Ability to understand and carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
Experienced in a fast-paced production environment preferred
