The Millenia ER in Orlando, Florida is a free-standing emergency department that will provide the community and visitors to the area access to 24/7 emergency care for adults and children staffed by ER physicians, ER nurses, healthcare professionals with the support of on-site services such as imaging, laboratory and pharmacy.

Our Charge RN/Clinical Coordinator coordinates the staffing needs of the unit to assure a safe and efficient nursing care. The Registered Nurse is responsible and accountable for the planning, directing, and provision of nursing care to patients in accordance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act, physician's orders, recognized nursing techniques, policies, procedures, established standards and administrative policies.
