Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibilities delegated by the Department Director which concerns the panning and implementation of patient care.

• Contributes professional nursing knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to the patients and their families.

• Plans, organizes, and directs activities for department under the direction of the Department Director.

• Uses independent judgement in crisis situations and takes appropriate actions.

Qualifications

Education:

• Diploma from an RN program.

License(s)/Certification(s):

• Registered Nurse

• Licensed and registered in the state of Iowa and Illinois (RN)

• Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

• Must possess and maintain ACLS
