Two part-time positions (48 - 64 hours) per pay period, includes working every other weekend and every other holiday.

Saint Therese offers a continuum of care and services available in a person's own home or in one of our five Twin Cities communities: New Hope, Brooklyn Park, Shoreview, Robbinsdale and Woodbury.

Responsibilities:

Manages and supervises the activities of a shift in the care center. Acts as a resource in interpreting nursing policies and procedures and their application to residents and staff. Assigns staff to handle campus emergencies in the absence of administrative staff.

Special knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal regulations

  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal are essential.

  • Proven history of good judgement and integrity

They are responsible for maintaining a high level of patient care, evaluating other nurses and acting as an educational resource for nurses. Key Responsibilities: Charge nurse is required to be an experienced registered nurse who will display leadership, management and communication skills. They are responsible for managing, supervising and assisting the nursing staff in the operating room, as well as providing administrative support and patient care.
