Per Diem6 Glen Cove Dr.NursingFlexible (As Needed)Please Note: This position is posted for internals only.Position SummaryThe Charge Nurse works collaboratively with the staff of the Surgical Care Center to provide oversight and direction for the delivery of Safe Patient and Family Centered Care to all patients on the Surgical Care Center. The Charge Nurse assumes a front line leadership role in the day to day operations of the Surgical Care Center. He/She possesses exceptional communication skills and provides guidance, support, and assistance to the Surgical Care Center staff.Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)*

Education:

Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. * License/Certifications: Current/Valid License in the State of Maine as a Registered Professional Nurse. Current BLS Certification. Current ACLS Certification. Crucial Conversations Certification (or obtained within 1 year of hire).
