Inside the Role
Responsible for the preparation, validation and sharing of all CSG communications, as well as channel liaison to ensure effective support of CSG products. Liaison with DTNA marketing counterparts for non-product specific marketing and communications and act as single point of entry from CSG into DTNA marketing. Ensure creation, management and updating of all connectivity related training, as well as the relevant platforms used to facilitate such training. Responsible for first line customer support on Detroit Connect Portal - this entails staffing, contracting and managing the call center, related training and analysis of customer issues. Responsible for running the customer first meeting and ensuring that the topics remain current and do not age. Responsible for relationship with key enabling supplier (AT&T). Managing relationship with DTFS and the Dynamic Lease product and establishing other areas of collaboration with DTFS resulting in value and revenue creation. Manages and maintains the central agreement repository for CSG and conducts compliance checks. Manages and maintains the terms and conditions related to the Detroit Connect Portal. Lead and coordinate go-to-market (GTM) strategy for digital products and ensure compliance to the GTM checklist prior to products being released into the market. Manage the insights community establishment and related outputs to facilitate the solutions business. Interact and collaborate with business partners both internal to the Daimler organization as well as external suppliers.

Position offers a starting salary range of $121,500-155,500 USD
Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience.

Qualifications
What You Drive at DTNA
Manage CSG Communications and Channel Liaison, including being single point of entry into DTNA marketing and connectivity JAD
Manage creation, quality check and distribution of all training for Detroit Connect Portal and related topics
Manage call center and related training and upskilling to ensure efficient first line support for Detroit Connect Portal
Key supplier management with AT&T to facilitate annual savings and optimization
Managing DTFS relationship and product managing the Dynamic Lease product
Manage insights community establishment and outputs
Manage central agreement repository
Lead and coordinate go-to-market (GTM) strategy for digital products and ensure compliance to the GTM checklist prior to products being released into the market
Ensure development paths and actions for the channel support and insights team.
Knowledge You Should Bring
BS/MBA + 8 years of professional experience (or 3 years of direct relevant experience)
Project and/or Program Management Skills
Relationship Management

Ability to interpret technical data and create training insights
