Browse the AislesThe Senior Specialist role in the Marketing Strategy & Integrated Planning Team works cross-Key lead responsible for Commercial Planning activities for Hannaford's eCommerce and digital merchandising programs, with a focus on curating seasonally relevant products and content that grow sales. Requires in-depth working knowledge of Hannaford's omnichannel commercial plan, merchandising priorities and marketing strategies. Leverages the plan to support the onsite business initiatives working closely with internal teams, including Category Merchandising, Pricing, Retail Operations, Private Brand, IT, Peapod Digital Labs, and Retail Business Services to ensure that eCommerce planning is executed effectively. Partners closely with online content, eCommerce and marketing strategy specialists. Peapod continues to be a consumer-facing eCommerce brand, and is part of Peapod Digital Labs, focused on growing Peapod sales to consumers.Recipe for Success- What's "in store" for the role * Organize, facilitate and lead the working teams through the omnichannel commercial plan and related online tactics including, but not limited to, seasonal theme development and item curation, shopper marketing, and monetized content. * Populate and maintain the digital calendar and coordinate calendar updates, meetings and dissemination of information * Collaborate with Digital Strategy, Marketing Strategy and Content Specialist in planning for each online seasonal theme throughout the year * Brainstorm ideas for each theme * Co-author the Creative Brief for entire program * Research relevant information for each theme and how it relates to our customer * Communicate themes / information to CMP partners * Review final content creative for accuracy against omnichannel commercial plan and optimal customer experience * Responsible for execution of product collections, including item selection based on specific criteria for each seasonal theme or selling opportunity * Partner with Marketing and PDL Analytics Team to understand campaign performance, and make recommendations to optimize future campaigns in partnership with CMP* Manage jobs in WorkfrontThe Essentials In Your Cart- The required ingredients * Experience in leading projects and influencing consensus. * Mature level of knowledge for company, business and industry practices * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of Programs * Experience with merchandising strategies and category roles and intent.Extra Spices- What you should bring to the table * 2- 5 years of digital, eCommerce or merchandising experience * Proficiency working in digital marketing and media to include email marketing and digital advertising * Experience in consumer-packaged goods industry, retail category management, or merchandising * Some knowledge of cooking methods and recipes a plus * Experience executing annual strategic plans and growing established businesses * Ability to build relationships, influence and lead across multiple business functions within AD* Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build and sustain supportive relationships with others. * Ability to manage day to day activity for identified responsibilities. * Ability to think innovatively. * Demonstrate a personal acceptance of change and the ability to adapt and drive change. * Strong organizational skills * Ability to analyze and use logic in balancing onsite strategic priorities * Demonstrated ability to facilitate collaborative cross-functional group meetings.Join Us at Our Table- PDL LifePeapod Digital Labs is forward thinking company with a strong heritage and recognizes who powers our progress our people!
