Position Overview:

We are seeking dedicated Channel Partner Manager to join our team, focusing on building sales planning and sales team engagement across all active O&G regions of Texas. This role is crucial in driving new customer adoption of the Breaker19 platform. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients in the oilfield industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategies to drive new customer acquisition.

- Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers and B19 field sales rep's.

- Actively prospect and qualify leads to expand the company client base.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for clients.

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.

- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and achievements.

- Source, qualify, and routinely engage with B19 sales channel representatives.

Requirements

- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the logistics or oil and gas industry, but not required.

- (Preferred) Proven track record managing sales teams remotely

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively convey the value proposition of our services.

- Strong networking abilities and a customer-centric approach to relationship building.

- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth.

- Familiarity with the region and the oilfield industry is highly advantageous.
