What will I do?
The Channel Partner Manager focuses on development and management of our master agent relationships. A successful candidate develops partner relationships and drives sales goals of Bluebird's Communications Infrastructure products to enterprise customers in partnership with our master agents. He/she achieves sales and revenue growth targets through consistent relationship management activities as well as acquiring new master agents.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
Generate sales & revenue growth by onboarding new master agents
Create & manage onboarding material & processes for our new master agents, including ongoing monthly & quarterly trainings of all master agents
Maintain current business relationships with existing master agents and be SPOC for communication flow with all master agents.
Work with the supporting Bluebird team to develop our evolving partner strategy
Provide deal support for large projects through a master agent
Track, analyze and report on sales performance and activities in Salesforce and other reporting tools
Develop and maintain records of master agent activity for reporting of opportunities, sales, and forecasts
Support verification requests from master agents related to sales, commissions, accounts payable and accounts receivable
Organize and attend local marketing events for business partners
Travel in market most weeks to attend meetings with business partners
Manage high volume of work while maintaining a high degree of responsiveness
Provide accurate and timely information to management.
Coordinate closely with other departments to WOW our customers & master agents.
Work in collaboration with teammates while concurrently performing as an individual with minimal supervision
Fully understand and articulate Bluebird's value proposition, products, and services such as Ethernet, Waves, IP, Dark Fiber, and Colocation
Secondary Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide information and reporting to sales directors and CRO as requested
Partner with internal and external persons to drive communication and sales
Provide support regarding bids, quotes, as needed
