Responsible for contributing to the support and operationalization of the channel strategy to coordinate both new and existing processes, systems, tools and analytics to bring various channel routes to market
Liaise with the appropriate teams to develop robust, end-to-end partner operations process, including but not limited to lead to quote, partner applications and contracts, and partner order process and program support.
Provide support and guidance for newly launched Master-Agent initiative
Collaborating with the WW Channel leader, preparing for QBRs, leading day-to-day operations, and ensuring the Channel organization is running smoothly and effectively
Actively developing KPIs, metrics, dashboards and delivering upon reporting requirements on a regular cadence
Consistently providing operational support for forecasting accuracy
Document system enhancements to support routes of market and functions
Complete special projects as assigned within channel operations
Take initiative, build relationships, work well in a cross-functional environment and prioritize competing responsibilities well
Coordinate communication on policies and procedures to support the Channel
Motivate others to meet the challenges of our customers and our highly motivated environment
Collaboratively manage priorities among a diverse group of internal and external partners
5-10 years of operations experience preferably in a SaaS/cloud company
Comfortable engaging at all levels in an organization to deliver results
Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey ideas and information in written and verbal form to a variety of audiences
Highly motivated, self-directed individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail: ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel
Experience in Channel/Sales Operations is preferred
Salesforce.com experience is must, advanced Excel skills are required
Experience working in small, startup environments with building processes and functions from scratch
