Channel Marketing Specialist

The Channel Marketing Specialist will support the Director, Channel Marketing and collaborate closely with the Channel Marketing Manager on executing strategic plans, customer promotions, revenue-generating joint marketing programs, partner launch activities, sales promotions, partner portal management, and communications targeted at Uponor's omni channel partners.

High energy and the ability to multi-task and communicate exceedingly well are key. This position is a HYBRID role with combination of remote and onsite work in Apple Valley

What will you be doing?

• Responsible for the engagement and maintenance of product content to maximize sales utilizing customer portals and tools.

• Effectively partner with cross functional teams to support and execute product adoption, merchandising, pricing, promotion, and other initiatives

• Partners with content marketing team to support video and asset development and maintenance for channel partners websites

• Supports key customer needs to ensure alignment to sales growth targets

• Coordinates with sales and merchandising execution teams to prepare and execute local merchandising support

• Responsible for assisting with the execution of the monthly KPI reporting

• Seeks out opportunities to contribute to the business success through proactive involvement in team initiatives and stay up to date on best practices.

What will you need?

• This position requires a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or equivalent degree, with a minimum of 1-3 years related experience.

• 1-3 years of experience in channel marketing, customer marketing experience, shopper marketing or managing digital content.

• Understanding of marketing concepts

• Ecommerce, retail, or other multi-sales channel experience a plus

• Must use an effective and approachable communication style to engage others and build credibility and rapport.

• Strong Excel and organizational skills

• Must be self-starter, goal oriented, and take initiative to achieve objectives.

• Must be a strong team player.
