Position Summary
The Channel Partner Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting Banner's network of distributors in efficiently communicating our vast Marketing content and resources, ensuring a consistent on-brand message, and effectively amplifying our tactics to improve and expand our promotional initiatives. Specific responsibilities include:
This position reports to Director of Marketing
What You'll Be Doing
Work with Marketing personnel from Banner distributors and reps on a regular basis to understand their needs and capabilities, and to communicate our guidance based on our overall marketing strategy.
Develop methods to store and share content with distributors so they can easily locate and leverage it.
Communicate needs of our distributors to various teams within Banner's Marketing team to develop new content to support their efforts.
Support new product and advertising activities for digital channel.
Develop a plan to measure marketing capabilities of distributors along with collecting data on how their campaigns perform.
Work in tandem with Marketing Operations access to print-on-demand literature portal and act as the main point of contact for questions and requests from the sales team.
Assist with product launch webinars.
Support digital communication to the channel.
Support international channel marketing activities as needed.
Assist with channel use of learning management system and administration.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by team leadership.

Required
Associates or Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field
Alternative to the above education requirements, minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in a marketing, application support, or sales role in an industrial B2B company
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to gain an understanding of the needs of a distributor by asking questions and be able to use this information to make recommendations.
Strong organizational skills
Experience in a B2B sales or marketing role
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
High level of energy, motivation, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, and professionalism
Self-starter with solid organizational and planning skills
Preferred
Experience working for an industrial manufacturer or distributor in a sales, support, or marketing role.
Experience with industrial automation products and technologies.
