CARFAX works with thousands of auto dealers. The Channel Marketing Manager role is set to get dealer prospects to sign up for CARFAX products, including Advantage, Used Car Listings and other programs. In addition, this role will look to retain our current customers and highlight new product offerings. This role will help support all integrated marketing for CARFAX prospects and upsell to existing customers. They will create, execute, and test data-driven, acquisition marketing for our B2B dealer channel. This marketing professional will work closely with our design, marketing automation and copywriter teams to develop campaigns that engage prospective customers and drive sign-ups and up-sells. The position reports to the Channel Marketing Lead.

As a Channel Marketing Manager, you will:
Create and execute marketing campaigns using all potential communication and marketing channels including email, web, direct mail, social, and online/offline advertising.
Align closely with sales and account management to ensure the teams are aware of all prospect and customer marketing campaigns.
Test and analyze market response results, and modify campaigns as necessary to achieve the best results.
Help the creative and messaging for carfaxfordealers.com, our web platform for prospects.
Understand the needs and issues of our dealer customers, interact and communicate effectively through direct interaction with our customers, members of the Dealer Business Unit and other company personnel.
The successful candidate will be a proven B2B marketer, with evolving knowledge in modern practices and platforms, and energized by the opportunity to build something lasting. The candidate will also have experience working within a sales driven organization.

Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) required.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g. Marketo or Eloqua) preferred.
Creative Thinker - Must have a proven record of coming up with creative, out of the box ideas, concepts and approaches.
Ability to Move Ideas into Action Must be able to take those creative ideas and concepts and turn them into effective marketing communications messaging and materials.
Strong Communication Skills Must have superior written and verbal communications skills.
Strong Interpersonal Skills Must be able to interact and communicate effectively with all levels within the company.
BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field required.
5-7 years' experience in a direct marketing environment, ideally B2B.
Experience working daily with CRM tool (e.g. Salesforce) is required.
