Channel Marketing Advisor

Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Channel Marketing Advisor to strengthen RSA's Channel Marketing efforts. Candidate will work in collaboration with our internal customers and partners to achieve business goals by maximizing the programs and promotions that impact our partners. This role demands the ability to self-manage, work collaboratively under tight deadlines and execute consistently and obsession for attention to detail. Most of all, we are looking for a creative problem solver with the customer always at heart.

The Successful Candidate will:

  • Understands and the overall corporate business plans and programs as they apply to the channel

  • Builds channel specific programs and promotions that meet overall Channel Marketing, Channel Sales and Partner requirements

  • Works in conjunction with the Channel Marketing international team to include requirements, features, functions and other necessary factors to provide international programs

  • Works with key members of the Channel Sales teams to determine program requirements and test drive proposed program features and functions

  • Builds marketing materials including sales briefs, marketing collateral, data sheets, playbooks, web media and sales presentations

  • Participate in joint business planning sessions

  • Develops specific marketing programs and promotions including events, branding campaigns, promotions special web sites etc.

  • Liaises with Agencies to ensure deliverables are met.

  • Prepares and delivers program reviews, provides input to executive summaries

  • Strong knowledge of business and marketing strategy, concepts

  • Tools and techniques, including promotions, direct mail, customer relations and advertising

  • Strong project management ability

  • Basic presentation skills

  • Strong understanding of the market and customers business

  • Ability to work effectively with cross- functional teams

  • Strong analytical ability

  • Strong financial understanding

Key Responsibilities

  • Primarily creating demand gen campaigns in marketing portal to reach global channel partners

  • Strong project management as well as relational ability in order to work internally, cross-functionally as well as externally with partners on a daily basis

Required Experience

  • Experience creating, project managing and executing integrated demand gen campaigns

  • Experience with channel partners in IT space

  • Creative thinker with sense of urgency to manage multiple projects and campaigns including partner events, creative, revenue generating campaigns & incentives as well as working with third partner vendors

  • 5+ years of experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in business related major

  • Experience working with a Marketing Automation Platform

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience in a marketing department working on integrated demand gen campaigns

  • Experience working with channel partners as well as a Sales team.

  • Experience working with Salesforce is a plus
