Channel Enablement Manager ClearDATA is seeking a talented Channel Enablement Manager to join our rapidly growing company. As part of our Partner integrated GTM strategy this person will work closely with the ClearDATA Sales Enablement function to develop the partner-facing ClearDATA sellers in their ability to drive a business and sales relationship with the partners.
Own the digital experience for our Partners, inclusive of the Partner Portal, content curation, mobile and other social tool interaction used for enabling the business, awareness and knowledge transfer.
Work with sales operations on developing robust, end-to-end partner operational workflows
Manage ClearDATA partner portal to streamline lead registration, training content, co-branded marketing collateral and solution certification
Develop and scale training content and specific curriculum by partner type to support partners (i.e. partner portal training content, certification, videos, in-person and social media)
Create partner dashboards to track performance, engagement and KPIs within Salesforce.com and partner portal
Monitor partner pipeline, forecasting and productivity (i.e. flagging partner leads and opportunities)
Serve as the main point of contact for onboarding, day-to-day interaction, engagement education and knowledge transfer to partners
Solicit feedback from partners, enhance their user experience, create a partner community to drive top-of-mind engagement and loyalty
Ultimately, this person will be responsible for ensuring the Partners themselves are well-equipped with the content, training, knowledge of available resources, and core curriculum necessary to effectively sell ClearDATA in conjunction with our partner eco-system (partner types and engagement models).
BS/BA Degree, MBA preferred.
3-5 years of proven sales enablement and partner program experience
Expert knowledge of partners and of indirect partnerships business models, the role definition and what is required from enablement and experience
Demonstrates good verbal, presentation and written skills
Ability to work and communicate effectively cross functionally with internal departments (Sales, Training, Marketing, Sales Engineering, Product and Support organizations etc.).
Experience with Partner Relationship Management tool (i.e. Impartner)
Ability to travel frequently
