High-Level Summary:

As a member of our channel development team, you will help us drive the expansion of a truly exciting business model involving the identification and recruiting of strategic business partners and the expansion of a B2B partner channel.Everest Recruiting seeks a high energy entrepreneurial individual with general business, technology, marketing and social networking skills to assist in the expansion of its partner channel program. This position involves supporting strategic partners, scheduling subject matter experts to support their business development efforts, tracking leads and successful sales activities and becoming knowledgeable about the companys software platform so that you can directly answer basic questions about performance and functionality.This position supports new partner development internationally and requires attention to partner inquiries, which at times will be outside of normal business hours.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Identify prospects for the Partner Channel Program
  • Develop prospects into Channel Partners
  • Assist Channel Partners in Business Development coordinate Subject Matter Expert support for sales activities
  • Develop business plans with Channel Partners
  • Provide excellent customer service and develop a professional working relationship with Channel Partners to effectively meet company objectives.
  • Deliver sales orders within your Partner community.
  • Attend internal meetings and training.
  • Attend conferences or events on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Engage clients in telephonic and in-person interactions.
  • Maintain a high level of program knowledge of the income generators, how theyre used and applied, and provide continual training as required.
  • Provides advanced details to Channel Partners during the conversation with ease and knowledge.
  • Bachelors Degree Communications/Business Administration/Marketing/Entrepreneurship
  • Prior experience with outbound calling
  • Highly articulate and persuasive verbal and written communication and listening skills.
  • Demonstrated desire and ability to learn, retain, and understand and articulate moderately complex financial models and provide unscripted responses on the appropriate subject matter.
  • Ability to perform in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Superior rapport and relationship building skills.
  • Self-motivated and results oriented with performance accountability.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise good business judgment and discretion to analyze and address new opportunities.
  • Strong ability to function effectively in a team environment.
  • Computer Skills:Proficient use of a laptop computer, smartphone, printer and be familiar with Outlook, Excel, Word.
  • Ability to learn new systems for prospect tracking, activity planning, pipeline management and closing management.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Independent worker, who requires minimal supervision.

Job Description Allied Universal has security jobs and are seeking to fill the position of a Department of Defense Cleared Security Officer Full Time at a Research and Development Site in Westborough MA. The Cleared Security Officer will be responsible for the protection of and access to highly classified and sensitive equipment, technology and information. The Cleared Security Officer candidates for this position will undergo an extensive vetting process by Allied Universal, the client, and the US Government (DoD). This mandatory process is lengthy and thorough. QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: * Be at least 18 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent for non-driving and 21 years of age for driving positions * Minimum of 3-5 years high-level security experience on DOD site or similar in military * Able to obtain Secret Clearance if required * Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner * Valid guard card/license, as required in the state for which you are applying. * As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws * Be able to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) position appropriate level security clearance * Display exceptional customer service and communication skills * For Driving Positions must be 21 years of age, Current state driver's license, clean driving record (no points in prior 3 years), minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy, and ability to safely operate a vehicle required. * Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites * Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently * Respond to and assess security alarms or emergency alarms, emergency situations, medical aid, fires, oxygen deficiency alarms, first responder; secure classified information, escort visitors and contractors, secure ingress and egress situations * Preserve order and enforce rules, regulations and directives for the viability of the site and the safety of personnel, equipment and sensitive information * Report safety concerns, security breaches and unusual circumstances, both through written and verbal means * Know site-specific operations performance manuals and post orders * Conduct personal sweeps in closed areas; monitor prohibited items in certain areas * Able to: * Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat * Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds * Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift * Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time Closing Allied Universal® provides unparalleled service, systems and solutions to the people and business of our communities, and is North America's leading security services provider.
