The Change of Circumstances Specialist demonstrates a high level of client service and maintains quality standards. This role will ensure that all incoming work is processed and accurately entered in the system in a timely manner, as well as take on additional responsibilities highlighted below.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Processing Change of Circumstances (internal and external) while maintaining elite client service and quality standards

  • Ensuring that all incoming work is processed in a timely manner in accordance with company policy

  • Demonstrating a high level of client service and communication skills

  • Inputting data accurately into computer systems in a timely manner

  • Communicating and interacting with other teams

  • Understanding and keeping informed with Shore/UWM loan products and services

  • Verifying if the Fee Schedule is correct with Broker/Correspondent prior to closing/funding

  • Reconciling fees from the loan estimate and Closing Disclosure according to TRID guidelines

  • Processing internal and external change requests in compliance with TRID guidelines

  • Manage team in-box

  • Assist brokers over the phone and via emails with questions pertaining to changes and TRID fee guidelines.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • High School Graduate

  • Minimum of one year experience working with conventional, government, or non-conforming loans

  • General knowledge of Underwriting, Product, and Title Insurance requirements/procedures is preferred

  • Great, positive, winning attitude

  • Ability to be flexible and work with a sense of urgency as well as overtime as business need occurs

  • Excellent communication skills--written, phone, and presentation

  • Strong computer knowledge and skills

  • Internet experience

  • Knowledge of lender paid and borrower paid compensation per TILA guidelines.

  • RESPA/TRID knowledge preferred

Experience for Internal Team Members:

  • Mid Level
  • 1 Year UW Support, Closing, Servicing, or Secondary
  • 1 Year in Processing and/or Underwriting

VIEW JOBS 3/15/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-06-13T00:00 GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Nutrition and Wellness Specialist supervises and executes menu planning, shopping, ordering, and food preparation in accordance with Common Ground's Wellness policy and within the budgetary guidelines of the agency. Is responsible for ensuring all food service functions are met of both the Crisis Residential Unit (CRU) and the Oakland Assessment & Crisis Intervention Service (OACIS) while adhering to all food safety and sanitation practices. Partners with a trauma informed, recovery oriented multidisciplinary team to optimize wellness and healthy lifestyle choices. JOB FUNCTIONS: * Maintains a supportive, empathic, and engaging environment within the food service area * Plans, orders and monitors food service menus and meals for up to 16 people daily * Posts menus weekly and serves meals at regularly scheduled times * Monitors food preparation methods, portion sizes, and presentation of food * Supervises consumers that participate in kitchen and food preparation activities * Maintains cost control, budget, and kitchen inventory. Assures meal preparation costs adhere to program budget * Plans modified diets to meet the health and dietary needs of consumers with dietary restrictions * Maintains established standards of sanitation, safety, and food preparation and storage in adherence with State of Michigan Licensing guidelines. * Maintains an orderly, sanitary, and safe kitchen * Assures the proper care and maintenance of all food service equipment, identifies equipment needs for food preparation, and services and assists in purchasing equipment as needed * Facilitates groups that educate consumers as to healthy lifestyle options, nutritional choices, and food preparation skills. Also teaches skills of daily living in cooking, meal planning and preparation * Drives company vehicle to purchase proper food service inventory. Purchases appropriate food service items from vendors, as needed * Responsible for occasional meals, snacks, or other special events, as assigned * Perform other duties, as assigned SUPERVISION: N/A MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree or comparable combination of experience and education * ServSafe other comparable food preparation certification preferred * Certified Peer Support Specialist preferred * Previous experience in food preparation and service preferred * Valid driver's license and clean driving record * 1+ year experience working with people with disabilities KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES: * Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal * Ability to cook, use fresh nutritional ingredients, and prepare those ingredients in a healthful manner * Knowledge of mental health recovery and the role of nutrition in mental health * Ability to apply trauma informed principles and values with knowledge, decisions, and treatment of all people served. * Ability to relate to diverse populations which include a variety of age, sex, economic and educational backgrounds * Ability to work independently and apply critical thinking/decision making skills. * Able to work with a multi-disciplinary team successfully * Knowledge of current behavioral management and de-escalation techniques * Ability to deal with volatile situations in a safe, calm, and caring manner * Knowledge of and ability to use basic intervention skills * Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook * Demonstrated ability to work positively with co-workers and consumers * Basic computer skills JOB CONDITIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: * The work environment may subject staff to behavioral and medical problems that could be physically hazardous * The duties of this job require intense physical mobility and lifting of up to 25 lbs * Must be willing to cross-train as a Recovery Coach and perform these duties when assigned * Must pass a comprehensive background check as required by the State of Michigan and licensing requirements * Attitude and actions are aligned with the organizational mission and values * Works in a recovery oriented and supportive environment framework * Adhere to established Quality Improvement Indicators * Local travel required and use of personal vehicle during work hours * Must be willing to transport persons served using personal or agency vehicles * Adheres to Common Ground policy on confidentiality.
