Change Manager/Change Readiness Manager
As a Change Management Leader in Commercial Bank Credit Solutions, you will be part of a smart, talented team responsible for building change management and readiness expertise
within and beyond the immediate team and applying change management practices to a wide variety of change efforts (product, risk, process, organizational) within the Commercial Bank
Underwriting and Portfolio Management (UW & PM) function, impacting both associates and clients. You will educate and gain buy-in from key stakeholders concerning the utilization of
change management practices to ensure effective execution of change each and every time.
Work independently with project and product teams for strategic programs / initiatives to understand critical business requirements, change impact and architect change management strategies
Partner with communications resources to ensure alignment on change impact, messaging, audience, timing and approach based on the change management strategic objectives
Create, establish and manage change management routines and channels within the UW&PM organization to ensure optimal engagement of associates and leaders
Apply best practices to build Change Practitioner competencies and ensure appropriate integration and deployment of key change management strategies aligned to the enterprise change management framework, strategy, methodology and overarching plan
Collaborate with HR, Training and other appropriate organizations to provide coaching, training, and / or leadership development (as required) for all levels of the organization on behavioral skills necessary to lead and manage change effectively
Utilize metrics to monitor adoption and effectiveness, to identify resistance, performance gaps, and to develop action plans
Champion changes across Commercial to help others deliver improvements that increase associate engagement and transfer knowledge
Provide coaching and strategic support to junior change manager team members
At least 5 years of experience as a Change Management practitioner
Direct experience managing change for large-scale change efforts
At least 1 year of experience in People Management
At least 1 year experience as an Instructional Designer
Prosci or other change management certification or designation highly desired
